Successful day out to Unnamed road today. We were able to help distribute medical supplies for the village and interact with the locals to hear their concerns. The main concern we are going to focus on is getting the rest of the children into school from Unnamed road. There is not much interest at this point in time with the adults in a sustainable work relationship. Our commitment will stay with the children and supporting their education, which ultimately will provide them with a better future. Along with taking care of the elderly in the village with basic supplies to survive above poverty.
Today we distributed 50 kilo's of rice! A video of today will be coming soon (look for project 9). All of this has happened and will continue to happen due to your generous support! The next few weeks we have 10 children left from Unnamed road to be placed into school. After that we have successfully put all the children into school! Best part is that the children have stayed in school so far 100% of the time! We will continue to monitor with the school their attendance and grades.
Expert-Exchange will be branching out and going to more villages in the following weeks. We are searching for villages that have hard working adults who want to have a sustainable job. This method will allow Expert-Exchange to help the most communities and maximize impact at each village. The goal is to take a village out of poverty with basic supplies and meet their basic needs first. From there get the community to develop a sustainable work model so they can provide for themselves. Stay tuned, and thank you for all of the support. Expert-Exchange would not be where it is today without you!
