It is almost that time of year again for the children to start school! We have been checking in with the children in school already and plan on resupplying them for the future school year. Along with that we will be putting some more children into the local schools.
Along with that we are planning bigger projects in areas that are rural and untouched by aid. We will be working with other local NGO's and businesses to put in wells where communities go without water. Also, with building areas for schools and distribution of supplies. The building idea is in the beginning stages, but the idea is to build a central location which all NGO's can use. The NGO's can use this area to distribute different forms of aid or to teach classes. In the future, with more development the locals can use the building for a place to ship and sell goods out of and create a sustainable economy for their village.
We also have got a generation donation of toys to hand out to kids! This will give us a great opportunity to go into areas we have not before and talk to the locals....at the same time bringing the kids joy. Our hope is to establish a relationship with the areas we go into for future projects.
Last, we will be doing an overhaul on the website. We will explain how you can help if you are unable to come abroad. There will be a short 3 minute video added from me explaining Expert-Exchange due to a lot of feedback and questions I have got in the past. Along with that we will start selling merchandise which will help support Expert-Exchanges mission and staffing. Thank you for all the feedback and please don't hesitate to reach out and get involved!
