We went out to Chi Kreng district in Cambodia the other day to check in on progress with water access and schools. We are pleased to see more and more families getting access to water. Access to water greatly improves their life and allows them to also plant small gardens for their families.
We were able to deliver around 1,000 notebooks to Beno Primary School and will provide the 250+ kids with materials for the whole school year. On top of that we had a fun surprise planned for the children. We were able to introduce music to their studies and provided them with a speaker and microphone to use. This will give them the opportunity to have events and use it for other school functions. In Cambodia the public schools do not have music or arts apart of their studies. We thank all the generous donors that allow this to happen and the people who volunteer their time helping. Below is a video of the fun!
